Since when i arrived here last Nov. 2009, cooking is one of my activities that helped me ignored the feeling of homesick. I learned to experiment in preparing main course, desserts and salads. Below are some of my Creations:
Salads:
Vegetable Salad(Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomata, white cheese and salted egg with salt and pepper to taste plus juice of lemon and olive oil)
Fruit Salad(Fresh sliced of apple, kiwi,peaches and orange)
Main Course:
Tuna in coconut cream
Mixed vegetables in red sauce
Steamed blue marlin
Desserts:
My version of panacotta
